Adrian Norridge - Operations Director

As Operations Director I am responsible for the performance of the business in terms of delivering projects, succession planning for operational resources and Health and Safety.

I have a genuine passion for ground engineering and the challenges that this field of work presents me. For example as an individual I am most proud of my involvement as a key member of the team that delivered Canary Wharf Underground Station in London. This was part of a major extension to the Jubilee Line, and a really exciting engineering challenge.

One of the big tasks that we face today is attracting young people to our industry, either as professional engineers or skilled field operatives: my message is that this is a very rewarding career choice.
